A Niagara-on-the-Lake home on Line 8 was battling water against the foundation and a failing septic system. We addressed it end to end — excavating and waterproofing the foundation wall, then rebuilding and regrading the septic system. Here's the work, scope by scope.
Excavated to footing depth along the foundation wall, fully exposing it for inspection and a clean waterproofing application.
Sealed with new weeping tile and a Delta MS drainage-board system, then backfilled and compacted in lifts to keep the basement dry.
A new leaching bed installed with perforated weeper tile and geotextile fabric — restoring proper septic dispersal and drainage.
The rear septic area backfilled and final-graded for positive drainage — left clean and restored, ready to green back in.
